What this page covers
This notice covers concordancegames.com only. Each of our games has its own privacy notice, written for parents, which explains exactly what the game keeps about a child and where it goes. SpellTrails' notice will be at spelltrails.com/privacy when it launches.
What we don't collect
- We set no cookies and use no local storage.
- We run no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising code.
- Every font, picture and file on this site is served from this site. Your browser makes no request to any other company while you read it.
- The one box on this site is for our mailing list. Only when you press its button is the address you typed sent, to Buttondown, the service that runs our list.
What our host sees
Like every website, this one runs on a server, provided by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, the host's systems briefly handle standard request details, such as your IP address, browser type and the page asked for. We don't use these details to identify you, and we don't combine them with anything else.
If you email us or join our list
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to you.
If you join our mailing list, your address is kept by Buttondown, the service that sends our emails. Buttondown is based in the United States, so your address is stored there. You'll get one email first, asking you to confirm; until you do, you're not on the list. After that we send news about SpellTrails and our games. Our emails count which links are clicked, so we can tell what's useful to parents; we don't track whether you open them. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and when you use it, you're removed from the list. We never sell or rent your address, and we don't share it with anyone except Buttondown, to send our emails.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to info@concordancegames.com. We reply within 30 days.
